Be still and listen

Byron Bay love

Close your eyes and listen,
Be still and listen,
Be silent and listen.
Can you hear?
Listen more closely.
Breath deeply.
What about now,
Can you hear it?
What is your soul trying to tell you?
Pay attention, it’s message is important.
Quiet the mind and listen to your true self.
It knows all the answers.

    Real communication always happen in silence.
    Whenever we are in silence, we could recognise what wh have ignored and forgotten so far
    our breathes, our bodies, our faces and more

    Being silent will bring us to return to ourselves, to our homes. 🙂

    I agree. Good to find the sea or deep forest. Find time to clean -out the bad thoughts and pain. Meditation and prayer allowed us to find peace and forgiveness. Thank you for your blog.
