Hi Karen, thanks for stopping by my blog.
You sound wonderful and happy. My mum is very spiritual and very open. She’s a strong believer that everything happens for a reason, even the bad! This is the only part of spirituality that I struggle with, all the rest I love. I hope your enjoying our country! Many hugs, Paula xxxx

Hi Paula, thanks for visiting my blog! And yes I truly love this country :).
I have the same belief as your mum, I believe everything is perfect, good and bad, which are in the end just a question of perception. I do not regret any of the ‘bad’ times of my life (and there has been plenty!!) as they made me who I am now. I learnt and grow the most during these times. Consider life as a big puzzle, it only makes sense when you`ve got all the pieces. Then you understand that each and everyone of them had a purpose and made perfect sense. Trust the process πŸ™‚ . Many hugs for you too, Karen

Thank you for reading my post, Visit With The Shrink. Sometimes I start doubting my spiritual powers because of all this talk therapy I’m getting. It’s good to write about it so that I can analyze my own beliefs about what’s truly going on in the spiritual planes of existence that I am allowed to be a part of mentally.

    J’aime ton “blog” tres beacoup!

I agree completely with your point that happiness is the key to life – an it is in our control to be happy and make that a priority – look at children. Lots of unlearning to do! Every blessing. =o)
