Karen Wilson aims to promote happiness and healthy lifestyle through meditation , active living and nutrition.
Karen was born in France and moved to Australia in 2003 to complete her studies in English Literature. After some awakening experiences she decided to dedicate herself to the studies of spirituality, meditation and alternative healing; which led her to find happiness, inner peace and contentment in life.
She teaches mindfulness retreats and meditation in Byron Bay Australia and also in Europe to guide people to find this inner happiness themselves.
She loves to empower people to be the best they can be and guides them towards more well-being and a fulfilled life.
