There’s a thing about « A problem », it only exists when we think about it and it will take as much space as we choose to give it.
Right now, right here if we take a deep breath and let go of our thoughts about the problem then for a few seconds it’s gone.
Right here right now there’s no problem, there is only peace.
Our mind will name it « problem »while in truth it’s just an uncomfortable situation. In time it will heal itself, always.
And then it’s up to us to choose to focus on another « problem » or not.
Who are we to decide what is right or wrong?
How do we know if a person wrongdoing maybe another one life’s lesson?
My worst experiences have been my best experiences. Why? Because my difficulties and hardships have given me more strength, wisdom and empowerment than my happiest times.
I’m forever grateful for the pain, hurts and difficult times that I have encountered in my life. Not that I want more. But I acknowledge and understand the perfect place they had in my growth and journey as a small human being.
Just a reminder:
You are enough.
You are beautiful.
You are perfect just as you are.
You are as good as everyone else.
You are loved.
You are provided.
You will always have enough.
You are safe.
You can relax now as whatever your problem is, it’s going to be alright.
You can breathe and smile, you are alive, and right now in this present moment ALL IS WELL.
There is no short cut to happiness and there is no “future” miracle possession that will bring it to us.
No matter how much we fill our life with stuff, nothing will ever fill up a bottomless emptiness.
If we are not happy now the “future things” ( house, dream job, Prada shoes, Prince Charming) will not bring it to us.
We need to make ourselves happy right now.
We need first to let go of what makes us unhappy in our life: the job we hate, the not so charming anymore partner , and then choose what is good for us. What kind of relationship do we want, how do we want to spend the rest of our life day after day, which ‘work’ wouldn’t feel like one.
But then we also need to let go of our unhealthy and unhappy thoughts patterns. Nothing from the outside will ever change them, it will give a quick relief but then it’s back to our old ways of thinking.
We need to change our thoughts, we need to reprogram our mind.
This is an internal work we need to do, not the easiest one but the most rewarding.
And to be honest long lasting happiness is actually easier to find than Prince Charming!
Free will and life
Not everything is as we want it to be, or as we try and force it to be, right? We are all young and happy thinking we are invincible and that life belongs to us.
Then along the way, no matter what we do or don’t do, we get hurt, we get sick, we get old. We experience pain and we experience loss.
No matter how hard we try we can’t avoid this and we can’t control Life.
We are not always free to choose all that happens to us.
So where is our free will then?
Our free will is what we do with what we have been given.
It is how we respond to Life.
It is what we do with our perception and our thoughts.
As I always say, we can always cry or laugh no matter what is happening around us.
We can change and choose our thoughts.
We can be miserable or we can be happy.
And that’s true freedom.
That’s our free will.

I have a job, but my job isn’t who I am
I have a family, but my family isn’t who I am
I have a body, but my body isn’t who I am
I have a country, but my country isn’t who I am
I have beliefs, but my beliefs aren’t who I am
I have thoughts and opinions, but they are not who I am
I have a personality , but this isn’t who I am
I own things, but my things are not who I am
Who am I then?
I AM ME being aware that I am not all that.
