Change your thoughts to change your emotions

Come back to the present moment, become aware of what you are thinking and how you are feeling.

Then and There you have the opportunity to choose something ELSE.

To think another thought.

To experience another emotion.

Right NOW you are safe.

Right NOW you have the choice of what you want to experience,

HOW you want to experience this moment.

    I have written posts asking can you hold two opposing emotions at once.

    If I am angry can I be joyful at the same time or

    Can in change my anger to joy in that moment
