Life is always a search for balance ,
Between the spiritual and the material ,
Between the soul and the body.
Full of highs, and many lows.
Balance between action and stillness ,
Between movement and calmness ,
But in the middle something is very still and unmovable .
It is presence .
Awake or not, it stands at the center of all storms and turmoils.
Simply watching.
You will find me in the middle.
In silence.
