Who is thinking?
Who is talking inside my head?
Is that ME?
Who am I?
Can I stop talking?
Can I change conversation?
Who am I?
Why am I talking to myself?
Can I be quiet?
Who is listening?
Who is watching?
Who is conscious?
Who am I?
Can there be silence inside my head?
If there are no words in my head, does that mean I am dead?
What if there is silence inside my head and I am still here being conscious of that silence
Does that mean I AM even when I don`t think?
Does that mean I am not my thoughts?

Mind noise. That is what the mind does. Our soul and spirit are different, hence our true being resides there. Or so I believe…. 🙂
