Just a moment please

096

Once a moment of our life is gone, it will never return.

Each moment is the most precious thing that is.

How are you living this moment?

Are you really present with it?

Are you making the most of it?

Right now this moment is all that you have.

Right now this moment is perfect as it is.

Do not waste it.

Do not miss it.

Just live it, completely, fully, happily.

The past is gone it will never come back, there is no point thinking about it.

The future is not here and will never be, there is no point thinking about it.

Today IS.

NOW IS.

THAT IS ALL THERE IS.

  1. So many think happiness is hidden behind a complex veil, not so, as basic as you eloquently described.

It just takes practice to develop that simple skill into healing strength and power.

    • Yes I know, sometimes the veil can drop in an instant and bring an moment of awakening. That’s what I try to induce with my posts. It won’t work for everyone but if just one person can get a glimpse of it that’s already plenty. I know it is not easy and it took me time but we need to start somewhere 🙂

  2. I like to imagine my moments as something that flows thru me. If I’m in a right state I don’t stop to judge or deliver opinions, I just let the moment happen, let it flow thru me as it will with others
